01—What we handle
Everything you have to file, in one place, wherever you are.
हर ज़रूरी काम, एक ही जगह
Fifteen things, done properly, at a fixed fee. The ones marked State rules change from one state to the next — we file them to the rules where you are.
- An income tax notice arrived and you do not know what it is asking.
- You are not sure whether your freelance income needs GST, or presumptive tax, or both.
- You are buying a flat and nobody has mentioned the 1% TDS the buyer has to deposit.
- You moved abroad and no longer know which of your Indian income is taxable here.
- You have not filed for two years and want to fix it quietly and properly.
01—GST
Registration, monthly and annual returns, e-way bills, reconciliation.
02—Income tax
Returns for salary, business and presumptive income, TDS, property gains and NRI matters.
03—Business setup
Choosing a structure, getting registered, and the recognitions that follow.
04—Legal & state registrations

05—Notices & disputes
Replies, hearings and rectifications when the department writes to you.
Not on the list?
Most of what we do starts as a question nobody could answer locally.
02—How it works
Three steps, and the second one is a number.
तीन कदम — और खर्च पहले ही तय
No retainer, no consultation that turns into a sales call. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.

This week's CBDT notifications, decoded
Four or five documents land on the CBDT site most weeks and almost none of them matter to you. Here is how to sort the one that does from the four that do not, in about a minute each.

The Supreme Court on reassessment notices: what changed for taxpayers
Reassessment under section 148 has been the most litigated corner of income tax law for four years. The Supreme Court's intervention settled the procedure — and left taxpayers with a checklist worth knowing.

Old vs new regime for FY 2026-27: the switch rules
Everyone compares the two rate tables. Almost nobody reads the rules on moving between them — which are far stricter for a business than for a salaried taxpayer, and effectively one-way.

05—In their words
People we work for, all over the country.
हमारे ग्राहक, पूरे भारत से
A GST notice arrived in March and I did not sleep for two nights. They read it, told me on the phone it was a 2B mismatch of eleven thousand rupees, and filed the reply the same week. No drama, and we have never met in person.
I freelance for three clients abroad and one in India, and nobody had explained which part of that needed GST and which did not. Now my returns take twenty minutes of my time a quarter.
We sold a flat and were about to ignore the buyer's TDS entirely. They caught it, worked out the capital gain properly, and the tax was far less than I had braced for.
06—Questions
The things people ask before they call.
पहले पूछे जाने वाले सवाल
If yours is not here, ask it on WhatsApp — we answer those ourselves.
Do you work with people outside your city?
That is the whole model. The practice is online-first and we work with clients in every state and union territory. GST and income tax proceedings are faceless, and most registrations are filed on a portal — so where you sit changes nothing about the quality or the speed of the work.
How do we actually work together if we never meet?
A video call or a phone call to start, documents on WhatsApp or email, and a written summary after every conversation. You get the acknowledgement for every filing, every time. Nothing depends on you visiting an office.
What does the consultation actually get me?
Thirty minutes with a practitioner, in Hindi or English, plus a written summary of what to do next on the same day. If the matter needs work, you also get a fixed quote — and the consultation fee is adjusted against it if you go ahead within fourteen days.
Is the newsletter just marketing?
It is the opposite. Each issue is the week's legal and income-tax news — CBDT circulars, GST Council decisions, the rulings that change how a section is read — written for someone who has to act on it, not for a tax journal. Three issues a month are free to read; the Insider ones go deeper into a single development.
I have not filed for two or three years. Is that recoverable?
Usually, yes. Updated returns, condonation and voluntary-compliance routes exist, and the cost of using them is almost always lower than the cost of waiting for the department to find you. Bring us the whole picture, not the tidy half.
Can you handle a state registration where I am, not where you are?
Yes. Shops & Establishment, Professional Tax and trade licences are state subjects, so the form and the fee change from state to state — we work to the rules of your state, and tell you upfront where a physical step or a local inspection is genuinely unavoidable.
How do you charge?
Fixed fees, quoted before we start. The indicative starting fee for every service is published on this site. Nothing is billed by the hour and nothing is added after the fact.
Start with a call. Everything else follows from it.
पहले बात कीजिए — बाकी सब उसके बाद।
Thirty minutes, a fixed fee, and a written next step the same day. If we are not the right people for your matter, we will say so on the call.
